VENDOSHOP is a major supplier of goods for vending and business. The company's assortment includes coffee and ingredients for vending machines, snacks, beverages, related products, vending equipment, and spare parts. The company works with wholesale buyers, retail outlets, business centers, educational and medical institutions, HoReCa facilities, and other corporate clients. VENDOSHOP focuses on a wide assortment, competitive prices, certified products, and warranty service.
CSG's task was to update VENDOSHOP's visual image and develop a large functional online store capable of working simultaneously with private buyers and the B2B segment. It was necessary to organize a large assortment, simplify product selection and comparison, design different checkout scenarios, and automate work with corporate clients.
We updated the VENDOSHOP logo, preserving brand name recognition while making it more expressive in the digital environment. The accent is the "do" part placed in a bright dynamic module. This element visually supports the idea of action, purchase, and quick business problem solving. The contrasting black-white-orange palette makes the logo noticeable in interfaces, advertising materials, and on small digital media, while the simple typographic structure ensures good readability at different scales.
The interface is based on a contrasting system of white, graphite, and rich orange colors. Bright accents help highlight prices, buttons, statuses, offers, and key user actions. The grid is built taking into account the large number of products and technical information, so the visual system remains structural and functional. The design allows simultaneous work with image banners, catalog, commercial terms, and service blocks without overloading the user journey.
At the research stage, we studied the structure of the vending market, the company's assortment, and the differences between private and corporate buyer scenarios. We separately analyzed repeat purchase processes, wholesale pricing, product selection for different business types, and the online store's interaction with the internal accounting system. VENDOSHOP's assortment includes thousands of items across various categories, so special attention was given to navigation, search, filtering, and catalog logic.
We designed an online store with a multi-level catalog, advanced search, and clear product distribution across categories. The user can select products for vending machines, retail points, offices, HoReCa, and other business types. The structure includes promotions, popular products, price lists, delivery, wishlist, comparison, and a separate section for wholesale clients. The system supports both single orders and regular corporate purchases.
The site is built on the 1C-Bitrix platform, suitable for large online stores with complex catalog structures and high functional load. The platform is configured with management of products, categories, prices, stock, orders, users, and informational sections. The responsive interface ensures correct operation on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. The project architecture allows for further scaling of the assortment and development of services for B2B clients.
The online store is integrated with 1C, so product, price, stock, and order data are synchronized with the company's internal system. The integration reduces the number of manual operations and helps maintain up-to-date catalog information. Additionally, payment and service scenarios, feedback forms, callback ordering, cart, wishlist, and comparison functionality are configured. As a result, the site became a full-fledged digital tool for retail and corporate sales.
