Consent to receive informational
and advertising newsletters

By this document, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, I, in accordance with Art. 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising", give my consent to receive from LLC "Creative Sight Group" INN 1684012959 OGRN 1231600027438 (hereinafter – the "Operator"):

• messages and any other information of an advertising nature (hereinafter referred to as "advertising newsletters") without limitation on volume (quantity), time of day and time period by means of:
• SMS;
• push notifications;
• applications;
• messengers;
• phone calls;
• email;
• in any other way to the phone number and/or email address provided by me.

These actions are carried out for purposes including, but not limited to, communicating information, including advertising information, about the activities of LLC "Creative Sight Group" (website address https://csg.su/ ), about the availability of special offers, promotions, bonus and other programs, about events and presentations organized by LLC "Creative Sight Group".

This consent is recognized as my written consent to receive advertising newsletters, given in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising".

Consent is given on the website at https://csg.su/ by placing the established mark in the appropriate field. This form of consent to receive informational and advertising newsletters is specific, informative and conscious, and is given in a form that allows confirming the fact of its receipt.

This consent is perpetual and is given until revoked. I confirm that I have been informed of my ability to completely opt out of receiving advertising newsletters at any time by sending a letter to LLC "Creative Sight Group" at promotion@creativesight.group with the subject line "Opt-out of informational and advertising newsletters".
