Consent to the processing of personal data

By this document, I – a fully capable citizen acting in my own interests (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject/Subject"), give my consent to the processing of my personal data by LLC "Creative Sight Group" INN 1684012959 OGRN 1231600027438 KPP 168401001 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") on the following terms:

The Operator processes personal data by performing an action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

The collection of personal data is carried out by the Operator receiving them on the Operator's official website located at the following address: domain https://csg.su/, (hereinafter – the Site) from the Personal Data Subject.

The list of my personal data for the processing of which this consent is given: Last name, first name, patronymic, age, citizenship, passport data, email address, bank details, mobile phone number and residential address, including city, street, house and apartment numbers.

The Operator has the right to process personal data for the purpose of establishing and maintaining communication between the Subject and the Operator for communication regarding purchased (being purchased) services, goods, as well as regarding possible future purchases of the Operator's services, as well as for sending goods.

This consent is valid for three years from the date of its receipt. I confirm that I have been notified of the processing of my personal data by the person specified in this Consent and for the purposes specified in this Consent.

Consent is given on the website at the domain https://csg.su/, by placing the established mark in the appropriate field. This form of consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informative and conscious, and is given in a form that allows confirming the fact of its receipt.

The condition for terminating the processing of personal data is the expiration of the period specified in this consent, or the Operator's receipt of a written withdrawal of this consent. The Operator shall terminate the processing of personal data and destroy them within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of said withdrawal. The Operator has the right, after receiving a withdrawal of this consent, as well as after the expiration of this consent, to continue processing personal data to the extent that consent is not required or will not be required for its implementation under current legislation.
